I am Samir Abbasli, a fashion and portrait photographer based in Baku. I create personal visual stories for travellers who want to remember the city through more than snapshots — through light, atmosphere, movement and the places that make Baku unique.
Whether you are travelling alone, as a couple, with family or celebrating a special moment, I will guide you through a relaxed shoot shaped around your style and your time in the city.

Baku is a city of contrasts: ancient stone walls beside bold contemporary architecture, quiet alleys opening into the Caspian light, and panoramic views above the city. I plan each route around the mood you want to create — not around a checklist of landmarks.
Old City (Icherisheher) — textured, intimate and cinematic.
Baku Boulevard — open sky, sea and movement.
Highland Park — sunset, Flame Towers and a wide view of the city.

How does the photoshoot work?
Before the shoot, we choose the locations, timing, outfits and visual direction together. You do not need any modelling experience — during the session, I will guide you with movement, posing and positioning so the photographs feel natural and expressive.
